Helena Noonan was born and educated in Rio, Brazil and has traveled abroad significantly, which enables her to bring a lot diversity to The Noonan Group. Helena’s real estate career started out working as a Realtor in Miami Beach, Florida with a very upscale clientele and is now thriving, leading The Noonan Group in sunny Orange County, CA. An entrepreneurial at birth, she has owned companies in the fashion industry, leading to great management and negotiating skills that today are applied to her daily life as a team leader negotiating transactions for clients, whether the client is the Bank or our buyers and sellers. The last couple of years Helena has transitioned her team’s focus to specialize in selling Bank Owned Properties, in addition to conventional sales. The ability to adapt to any market condition has given Helena a very competitive ‘edge’.

Ellie Haenel was born in Chicago and graduated from College with a Business Administration degree. Prior to working in Real Estate, she worked as a legal assistant for many years, dealing with very challenging tasks with great organization and attention to details. After entering Real Estate in 1989 and working with her husband for many years in the effort of utilizing all her organizational skills, Ellie has, for the past 10 years been dedicating her career to helping The Noonan Group manage our transactions, making sure the all the intricacies of our escrow is seamless. Ellie’s priority is to give exceptional service to all of our clients during our escrow periods.
